If you are applying for a scholarship the Scholarship Application Form must accompany your Camper Registration Form.
You may submit the application online here. Electronic signatures are accepted.
A signed Medication Authorization must be completed for any student under age 18 bringing prescription or over-the-counter medications to camp.
You may complete and send the form online using the link below, or print the pdf file and bring it with you to check in. The printable pdf can be found on the DOWNLOADS page.
All medications must be brought in their original containers and will be collected for administration by the MHC Nurse upon your arrival.
You may pay online by clicking the PAY NOW button. We accept PayPal, Credit cards or E-Check.
