STEP 2 - Submit Background Check

Every staff member and adult attending with their school MUST complete a background check.

If you passed a check in 2023 there's no need to complete this. Your credentials are valid for two years.

We contract with Protect My Ministry to conduct our background checks online
There is no cost to you
All information is confidential and stored safely with Protect My Ministry
No paper/hard copies are retained by us
Background checks are valid for two years
You may request a copy of your background check document be sent to you by checking a box before you submit
You will be asked to give permission for Sweet Adelines International 12 to conduct this background check for "employment" (but we understand you are a volunteer)
The check will NOT affect your credit rating
Our Camp Director will be notified and you will receive a confirmation email when the background check is complete
